Should my Bridesmaids wear the same Hairstyle?

Image
Choosing your own hairstyle can be difficult enough. Deciding how your bridesmaids should wear their hair may be even harder. Hair is personal. Everyone has different personalities and style. There are different lengths and textures to consider. Some brides feel the bridesmaids should have a contrasting hairstyle to their own. It will highlight the bridal look. Other brides choose to create a sense of unity by wearing matching hairstyles. The answer also depends on the number of bridesmaids. Consider their ages and everyday hairstyles. All the adult bridesmaids should have a similar style. The young bridesmaid and/or flowers girls should have a similar style as well. The two styles don't need to be the same . What if a long-haired bride wants to wear her hair down? A nice contrast will be for her bridesmaids to wear their hair up, or in a low style.  If the bridesmaids are wearing the same dress, let them choose their own hairstyle. It will show...

Fall Bridal Makeup Trends 2019

The 2019 Fall Bridal Makeup trends are about glamming it up. It's about bold eyes... and yes, that means black eyeliner and wispy lashes. The focus is on the lashes and liner, not the shadow. Lining a bit thicker on the top lashes will do the trick. And adding a softer liner, on the bottom outer corner of the eye, will give it a smokey look. You want to keep the under eye area clean and bright. Completely lining the bottom lashes may create dark shadows under the eyes in photographs. Remember, the key to pulling off this look is a nude or soft lid. To complement the bold eyes, keep the lips and cheeks soft. It's all about balance. Another trend works the opposite way. Vampy bold lips and soft eyes. Think bordeaux or cherry colored lips with a natural or nude eye. With a statement lip, be sure to keep your eyes light and minimal. A soft eye liner with a coat or two of mascara. If you've never worn dark lipstick before, don't wear it on your wedding day. Best...

Sometimes it's your own backyard, or a place that is sentimental to your family. One of our favorite places is on Lake Norman, NC. We love Jetton Park in Cornelius. It's a lakeside park with wonderful views of the lake and a small lakefront beach. It's pet-friendly with nature trails and picnic areas. If you live on Lake Norman, your own backyard is a perfect location. This family from Ohio, stayed in an Airbnb on Lake Norman for a family reunion. We took a pontoon to a sandy island and got some great shots. One of our favorites is with Murphy, the family pet, and photobomber. Family photo sessions are a great opportunity to capture the family having fun together. Photos conveying lots of love and joy. That's our goal. To view our Photo Gallery go to:  ht...
